Treatment Room

Our fully functioning treatment room is staffed by our senior Registered Practice Nurse Melinda, who is dedicated to her patients. Melinda has been with us since 2014 and has a great working relationship and understanding with all our doctors. Melinda runs all our health clinics and supports our GP’s with procedures. An extremely well trained RN dedicated to her profession, Melinda continually updates her knowledge & skills. Melinda also oversees our junior RN and mentors her on all aspects of Nursing in General Practice. Melinda is an outstanding, well respected Registered Nurse and much loved by the patients who visit our Surgery. We are very fortunate to have her here with us hopefully for many years to come.

On-site Pathology

On-site pathology services are now located within our surgery at Camden Family Practice, and offer a full range of pathology services. Whether you are referred by our own clinic GP’s or from other clinics, Camden Family Practice can attend to your pathology needs.

Located at our Broughton Street surgery, our on-site pathology is able to welcome patients from 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday. Our surgery has a large parking area dedicated for patients at the rear of our building with disabled access available.

Camden Family Practice is a Yellow Fever Accredited Vaccination Centre. We offer a comprehensive Travel Medicine service, for both private and corporate clients. We conveniently stock an extensive range of vaccines.

If you are going on holidays, planning an adventure, visiting friends, relatives or travelling for business, our doctors recommend that you make an appointment at least 6 weeks prior to your trip, so that you get personalised Travel Medicine advice from our experienced Travel Medicine doctor.
